We have handled claims for legal expenses insurers throughout the UK for the last 10 years. Our main recovery location is Europe due to the type of contract our clients operate. We can not only recover outlay but also uninsured losses including personal injuries arising out of an accident. Where ever possible, we do offer advise to our clients as to what information is necessary in order to progress claims as expediently as possible. Often, policyholders do not provide relevant documentation initially to their insurers which in turn slows the overall process. We can therefore help our clients to put a comprehensive claim form which can facilitate recovery. Whilst we appreciate that legal costs abroad are not necessarily recoverable, in view of the competitive rates we are able to offer, we feel that our services are invaluable to our clients.
