Our overseas claims handling experience is such that our success in recovering losses speaks for itself. When a Foreign third party is at fault, our recovery ability scores at 95% of the claims received with 5% remaining when cases are settled on an ex-gratia basis when these are becoming uneconomic to pursue. If it is apparent that a case is not going to succeed, we like to notify our clients straight away in an attempt to avoid unnecessary costs.
